Speaking to these monsters, let’s get ready to rumble! “Batman v Superman” was on my list of the worst movies of 2016, mainly because of its pointless battle between the two DC […]
Godzilla vs Kong
Six Minutes to Midnight
This WWII thriller plays it too easy. Last week, I’ve praised the espionage thriller “The Courier,” which stared Benedict Cumberbatch as an English businessman hired to spy against the Soviet Union during […]
The Courier
The entertaining espionage thriller with excellent performances and dangerous risks. “The Courier” is a solid and throughly interesting thriller based on a true story about espionage, sacrifices, and choices. Benedict Cumberbatch stars […]
Come True
An entertaining Indie about nightmares. “Come True” has no household names or endorsements, but it’s still a riveting and entertaining horror film about the horrifying results of dreams. We’ve seen it explored […]
Crisis

I Care a Lot
Rosamund Pike electrifies as a con artist who doesn’t respect the elders. Rosamund Pike gives the most sinister performance since “Gone Girl” in “I Care a Lot,” a dark comedy that deals […]

Silk Road

The Mauritanian

The Little Things
Three great stars, one familiar premise, and one entertaining movie. Denzel Washington’s latest movie “The Little Things” is the next movie from Warner Bros. to be released simultaneously in theaters and on […]
