I’ve joined a radio station known as NEWHD Radio, which will not only hire people on the Autism spectrum, but will also have me doing podcast movie reviews for them. This week, I review the latest TV-to-movie job “The Fall Guy” with Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, he faith based drama “Unsung Hero” with Joel Smallbone and Daisy Betts, Ethan Hawke’s literature biography “Wildcat” with Maya Hawke and Laura Linney, two gay movies: the DC parody “The People’s Joker” and the pandemic comedy “Stress Positions,” and the horror movie “Humane” with Jay Baruchel and Peter Gallagher.

  1. Good review. I felt that the movie was good, but could’ve been better in a few areas. The concept idea / premise for the plot was good, but took a while to develop and some of those storytelling elements sort of went on a bit of a tangent, especially the third act finale. Still, Gosling and Blunt were solid in it and I did like how the film paid its respects to the stunt community.
