How can Daffy and Porky form a buddy comedy? This animator explains.

I spoke with “Uncle Grandpa” creator Peter Browngardt on his film debut of the upcoming “Looney Tunes” animated movie “The Day the Earth Blew Up.” He explains to me about Daffy Duck and Porky Pig’s chemistry, the animation techniques which honor Bob Clampett, and what it’s like to work with the voice actors, particularly Eric Bauza (the new voice of Daffy and Porky).

The movie will open in theaters February 28, and will have an award qualify release in Los Angeles next week.
